Pav Inventory Privacy Policy

Pav Inventory is a private, personal-use application operated by the owner of firsowicz.com. It is not offered to the general public.
Google user data accessed
The application uses the Gmail API to search for and read email messages needed for the owner's inventory workflow and to apply a label after successful processing. This can include message identifiers, sender and recipient information, subject lines, timestamps, message body content, and Gmail labels for relevant Trade Me transaction messages.
How Google user data is used
Google user data is used only to identify supported transaction emails, extract inventory-related facts, update the owner's private inventory records, prevent duplicate processing, and mark successfully handled messages as processed.
The application is designed to process relevant transaction messages and does not use Gmail data for advertising, profiling, marketing, or unrelated purposes.
Storage and retention
Structured transaction facts required for the owner's inventory records may be retained in the private Inventory system. Full Gmail message bodies are not intended to be stored as inventory records. OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are stored only in private server-side storage and are not embedded in browser code or published in source control.
Operational logs are intended to contain only the minimum identifiers and status information required to diagnose processing, not full message bodies or OAuth tokens.
Sharing and sale of data
Google user data is not sold. It is not shared with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. Data is processed only through services and infrastructure required to operate the owner's private inventory workflow.
Security
Access credentials are kept server-side and restricted to the application's private runtime. The application uses Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization mechanism and the minimum Gmail permission needed for the workflow.
User control and revocation
The owner can revoke the application's Google Account access at any time through Google Account security settings. Revoking access prevents further Gmail API access by the application.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Pav Inventory's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
